Requisitos:
Knowledge in the medical device area.
Excellent business developned and dealer management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, biomedicine, life science, biology or related disciplines, more than 3 years working experience in the field of medical devices, experience in sales of medical consumables is preferred, and can travel frequently.
Actividades a realizar:
Support the learning and development of the sales team
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Expand the designated regional market of Baihe Medical products to potential distributors and customers. Manage and support distributors in designated areas.
Improve the local visibility of the company's products, organize and coordinate marketing activities. Display company products in professional fairs and exhibitions. Reach the sales target in the designated area.
Improve the satisfaction of end users and dealers with the company's products, and support them with professional product knowledge.
